Bio

Born in Subiaco (Italy) in 1990, Chiara Giancaterina graduated in linguistics, and went on to achieve a Degree in Philosophy and Literature at Roma Tre University. In 2015 she achieved the Urban Dancing Icon/Lab certification “The Teachaz” from the C.S.A.IN LAZIO. Since 2007 her modern and contemporary dance formation has been progressively perfected under the guidance of various teachers: Jacqueline Bulnes (ex solo performer of the Martha Graham Dance Company of New York), Gabriella Gallo and Mariella Celia. Her classical formation has instead been undertaken with Domenico Di Santo and Placida Celentano. More recently she has specialized in Hip Hop dancing at Simone Gianneschi’s Bounce Factory (Rome). Since 2011 she has been working with the performing arts school “Beats Generation” of Tivoli, where, as from 2012, she has taught Hip Hop dance. Over the last few years she has also worked for Italian television (Mediaset), and has recently appeared in an episode of Maria De Fillipi’s famous show “AMICI” (April, 2016).
