Bio
Shiqi Li, now age twenty one, comes from Shanghai, China, where she began playing the cello at age of seven. She graduated from the Middle School that is affiliated with the Shanghai Conservatory of Music where she was a student of Meijuan Liu and Xinhua Ma. Currently, Miss Li is a junior and is under full scholarship at the Robert McDuffie Center for Strings at Mercer University where she studies with Julie Albers and Hans Jorgen Jensen.
