RCMF 2019. The first season ever to be entirely dedicated to our rising stars.
The Rome Chamber Music Festival returns to the Salone Pietro da Cortona ( Palazzo Barberini). This special season celebrates the festival’s mission to foster promising young talents. For the first time, since the program was launched in 2009, the winners of the De Simone & Partners Young Artist Program will play a leading role in the Festival (together with selected colleagues chosen by Robert McDuffie from the United States and across the globe) performing three different masterpieces: Copland’sAppalachian Spring, Mendelssohn’s Octet, and Souvenir de Florence by Tchaikovsky. A selection of timeless music that will contribute to the magic of the Festival on the 16th and 17th of June, following four days of rehearsals open to the public (June 12th to 15th, program available on our website). Get to know our rising stars here.
For further information on the open rehearsals or on booking for the concerts please contact: info@romechamberfestival.org ;
Tickets available for online booking at www.romechamberfestival.org or, as from June 10th, at Palazzo Barberini, Via delle Quattro Fontane 13.
