Rcmf Event at the Musical Instruments Museum of Rome
Robert Mcduffie will perform in Rome on June 4 at the Musical Instruments Museum to promote the eleventh season of the Rome Chamber Music Festival. In this special occasion the renowned violinist, who plays a 1735 Guarneri del Gesù known as the “Ladenburg”, will be surrounded by other ancient instruments of great value, since the Musical Instruments Museum of Rome is praised as Europe’s most important museum of this kind. The Museum has been closed to the public for many years, until it was re-opened in January 2014, thanks to the Superintendent Daniela Porro, who will be introducing Robert McDuffie ‘s performance.
