Bio
Spanish violist Ana Valero-Betran, winner of several international competitions, has recently completed her master’s degree in the Netherlands. She teaches viola at the International School of The Hague and participates with several orchestras such as Sinfonia Rotterdam. As a freelance violist, she has performed as soloist and in chamber music concerts throughout Europe and her repertoire spans from baroque to twenty-first century music. Upcoming plans include recitals in Turkey, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy and recording a CD with the contemporary music trio Horak Conexion.
