Andrea Bologna
Bio
Born in Rome, Andrea graduated from Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia in 2014. Studies with Vadim Brodski 2010-2016 strongly influenced his approach to violin and to music. Beginning Master of Music with Maria Egelhof at Musikkhochschule Lübeck, Germany in 2016, he won several scholarships, participated in chamber music, played many concerts and recitals, and served as concertmaster assistant in the Hochschulorchester.
Andrea recorded a Hamburg NDR radio broadcast of “Junge Künstler aus dem Norden-2018”. Obtaining his Masters 2018 he became performer with the Hof er Symphoniker. Currently is Festangestellter Dozent für violin at the Musikschule der Gemeinnützigen, Lübeck has his own class, and also collaborates with the local Musikhochschule.
He plays a Violin G. Gagliano, Naples ca. 1790.
