Germany-based violinist Elena Meyer studies under Krzystzof Wegrzyn at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover. She enjoys participating in competitions and has been awarded numerous prizes on a national and international level. Since 2019 Elena has been performing on an Italian violin made by Antonio Pedrinelli and in 2021 acquired a fine bow by French bow maker Victor Fetique. She is being generously supported by the Hans and Eugenia Jütting Foundation. In addition to studying solo works, Elena particularly enjoys playing chamber music.
