Bio

Gerardo Flavio Musillo obtained the second level Academic Diploma in flute with Franceco Baldi and in 2023 the second level Academic Diploma in chamber music with Rosaria Clemente at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome, both with top marks with honors. Winner of prizes in national and international competitions, Musillo has participated in concerts throughout Europe collaborating with Orchestra 131, Orchestra Roma Sinfonica, Orchestra Giovanile Fontane di Roma, and Orchestra InSymphonia, as well as with Guardia di Finanza, the Carabinieri e della Polizia di Stato, and Ensemble Novecento, among others. Musillo has participated in numerous flute masterclasses and is currently studying in the specialization course with Nicola Campitelli at the Avos Project and is among the active students of the National Academy of Santa Cecilia’s course held by Andrea Oliva.
