Hadar Zaidel



Israeli violinist Hadar Zaidel is pursuing a Master of Music degree at the Cleveland Institute of Music under Prof. Ilya Kaler, made possible thanks to the generosity of Mr. and Mrs. Irad Carmi. She has earned her Bachelor of Music at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music, Tel Aviv University, under Prof. Hagai Shaham.

Hadar is a graduate of the Israel Conservatory of Music, Tel Aviv, under Nava Milo and Nitai Zori.

Hadar is a member of the violin sections of the Canton and Akron Symphony Orchestras.

She had performed as a soloist with the Tel Aviv Soloist Ensemble, the Thelma Yellin Symphony Orchestra and the Goppisberger Musikfestival Orchester (Switzerland). Hadar is a graduate of Keshet Eilon Summer Mastercourse, Morningside Music Bridge festival, isaMasterclass and the Jerusalem Music Centre programs.

Hadar is a recipient of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation (AICF) scholarships since 2013, and plays on a violin loaned by the AICF and William A. Schwarz (Z”L).

Hadar is a laureate of various awards at national competitions in Israel.
