Harry Ward

Bio

Born in Australia, Harry Ward studies at the Robert McDuffie Center for Strings with Amy Schwartz Moretti, David Halen, and Robert McDuffie. He previously studied in Vienna at the Graz Kunst-universität and was part of the Rising Stars Program at Sydney Conservatorium of Music. He has been honored by prizes and scholarships from the Australian Concerto and Voice Competition, ABC young Performers Awards, Meadowmount School of Music, Lac Léman Music Masterclasses in Switzerland, and the fellowship program at the Aspen Music Festival. He plays a 1780 Pietro Landolfi violin loaned by an anonymous benefactor.
