Bio

Born in Genoa in 2001, in 2020 she graduated with highest marks, honours and at the Conservatorio Vivaldi in Alessandria. Since 2015 she has been Antonio Meneses’ student at the Walter Stauffer Academy, the Accademia Chigiana in Siena and since 2020 at the Hochschule der Künste Bern, HKB achieving the Master in Music Performance Classical, Cello (2 Cycle Degree) and a Minor in Chamber Music with Patrick Jüdt. Holder of the prestigious ESKAS-FCS grant, the Swiss Confederation’s scholarship of excellence for foreign researchers and artists for the a.y. 2020-2022, she has also been supported by the Boubo-Music Foundation in Basel and in 2021 she was the winner of the Roscini-Padalino, Brunello and Federica Cucinelli Foundation Prize, awarded to the best newly graduated instrumentalists and of the Pirastro Young Artist Prize awarded at the EMF in Munich.

Selected in the most prestigious national and international festivals, she successfully combines her activity as a performer with her commitment as an author and independent researcher for the music magazine Quinte Parallele, with which she has been collaborating since 2021. She plays a Luiz Amorim cello, copy Domenico Montagnana “”Ex-Eisenberg”” 1733, made in Cremona in 2021.
