Bio
Cellist MaryGrace Bender currently studies with Hans Jørgen Jensen and Julie Albers at the McDuffie Center for Strings. She has collaborated with artists such as Robert McDuffie and Amy Schwartz Moretti, and recorded for Sony Music and the Orange Mountain Music labels. Ms. Bender has attended music festivals at Meadowmount, Brevard, and Chautauqua, and was a New Horizons Fellow at the Aspen Music Festival. She has performed at Le Poisson Rouge in New york City; schools in Mwanza, Tanzania, and Rome, italy; and will perform with the McDuffie Center for Strings at Carnegie Hall in 2017.
