Moa Glimberg is a double bass player and composer from southern Sweden. She moved to the USA to begin her undergraduate studies on the double bass at the McDuffie Center for Strings in the fall of 2021. Moa is currently a sophomore and is studying with Jeffrey Turner and Daniel Tosky. Moa has experience in a wide range of genres performing on both double bass and guitar, and recently appeared as a soloist on the album “Cycle & Stars” in her own composition for double bass and string orchestra.
