Cellist Raffaella Cardaropoli graduated from Conservatory G. Martucci in Salerno at age fourteen and has studied at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole, at the Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Rome, and is a winner of many prestigious international competitions. As a member of several duos, trios, and quartets she has performed in more than 100 concerts throughout Italy. With the Mannheimer Philharmoniker she has played in Germany and Austria. Many of the festivals in which she has performed have been both broadcast and telecast. She has also performed in the US, Switzerland and Malta. Her cello was made by is M. Albanus in 1702.
