Maddalena De Biasi began her musical training as a pianist before turning to opera singing. She graduated with honors from the E. F. Dall\u2019Abaco Conservatory in Verona in 2019 and earned a Master\u2019s in Renaissance and Baroque singing at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome under Sara Mingardo. <\/p>\n\n
She made her stage debut in 2020 at the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza as Aminta in Vivaldi\u2019s L\u2019Olimpiade and joined the Accademia del Belcanto \u201cRodolfo Celletti\u201d in Martina Franca. In 2021, she won the \u201cMaria Zunica\u201d Prize at the Ottavio Ziino International Opera Competition and performed Talia in Caldara\u2019s Le Grazie vendicate in its modern premiere at the Teatro Olimpico. <\/p>\n\n
De Biasi collaborates with Accademia Musicale Chigiana, Ensemble Locatelli, Fucina Culturale Machiavelli, Orfeo Futuro, and Casa di Ramia. Recent roles include Fanny in Rossini\u2019s La cambiale di matrimonio (Lisbon), Bellezza in Handel\u2019s Il Trionfo del Tempo e del Disinganno, and Aci in Aci, Galatea e Polifemo.
