Bio

Born in Perugia in 2001, Livia Stefani studies with Ilya Grubert in Conservatorium van Amsterdam. She previously graduated with honor and special mention from the Conservatorio Francesco Morlacchi in Perugia. She also studied with Zakhar Bron and Maurizio Sciarretta at the Zakhar Bron Akademie in Interlaken, Switzerland.
She performs often as a chamber musician, she’s first violin and founder of Hera Quarte with whom she played all over the Netherlands. They made their debut in December 2024 in the season of Het Concertgebouw and in the national radio NPO 4. Stefani made her solo debut at the age of sixteen in the Czech Republic with the West Bohemian Symphony Orchestra and in 2020 appeared with the Orchestra Italiana d’Archi conducted by Stefano Pagliani.
Livia won national and international competition and took part in international masterclasses with Michael Frischenschlager, Stefano Pagliani, Marco Fornaciari and Fedor Rudin.
Since 2021 she is playing a violin from “Florian Leonhard Fine Violins Collection – London”.
